Effective February 17, 2015, Penn College transitioned to an updated recruiting website.

For applicants that have applied to current open positions, you will not be able to check the status of your application through this website. Your application can still be reviewed/considered by the appropriate screening committee, and you will receive notification of your consideration (or not).

If you had previously applied to Penn College and wish to apply to a current open position, you will need to create a new user account and application.

If you have questions regarding your current application status you may contact the Human Resources Office.

New Users

  • To search positions, click the Search Jobs link on the navigation bar.
  • To apply for a job, click the Create Account link on the navigation bar, then follow the directions.

Returning Users

  • Click the Login link on the navigation bar, and enter your username and password
  • This enables you to:
  • Edit your existing application.
  • Apply to new jobs without re-entering your application information.
  • Review the status of positions for which you have applied.
